By creating a FAShifts account, you're agreeing to these terms. Here's what they mean, plainly.
FAShifts is scheduling software for businesses that manage shift-based teams — building schedules, tracking availability and time off, and handling shift swaps. We provide the software; you're responsible for the accuracy of the schedules, wages, and employment data you enter into it.
A business account has one owner and any number of managers and employees. The owner is responsible for who they invite and what access those people have. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account.
Plans are billed per employee, monthly, in Canadian dollars, through Stripe. You can change plans or cancel at any time from Settings — cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable, including for a partial billing period — cancelling stops the next charge, it doesn't reimburse the current one. The one exception is a genuine billing error on our end (charged the wrong amount, charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect, that kind of thing) — tell us and we'll fix it, refund included.
Use FAShifts for its intended purpose: scheduling your own team. Don't use it to store data you don't have the right to store, or try to access another business's account or data.
We aim to keep FAShifts reliable, but we don't guarantee it'll be available every minute of every day. We're not liable for losses from downtime or from decisions made based on data in the app — you're always the one confirming a schedule before it goes out.
You can close your business account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms. Either way, see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
