Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?
Every plan is billed per employee, in Canadian dollars — Basic, Premium, and Enterprise all scale with your headcount rather than charging a flat rate. You pick a plan and pay through Stripe when you set up your account, and can switch plans anytime from Settings.
How does Auto-Generate decide who gets a shift?
It fills your staffing requirements automatically, but only ever assigns someone who's actually eligible — has the right role, is marked available at that time, isn't on approved time off, and won't go over their weekly hour limit. If nobody qualifies, it tells you why instead of guessing.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Switch between locations from the sidebar — each one keeps its own roles, store hours, staffing needs, and schedule.
Do employees need to install an app?
No — the employee side works in any mobile browser. There are also native iOS and Android apps with the same features, for anyone who'd rather have it on their home screen.
Can employees swap or give away shifts?
Yes, directly from their own login — offer a shift to anyone, or request a direct swap with a specific coworker. Swaps need manager approval; open offers don't.
